How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Under what circumstances do I need to pay additional shipping charges?

Failure to accept delivery within 5 business days of the initial delivery attempt by the shipping company may result in daily storage fees.

What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted, faucets leaking while installed, and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. I Received a Wrong Item

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing
cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how

First of all my white/natural wood coffee table is as same as described on the website and exactly like photos. It was delivered in two well-protected boxes and with only one assembly required, the legs of the top nesting piece. I did it myself with a rechargeable drill, be careful not to hurt the wood. It is an apartment size coffee table not too big, not too tall, and since my living room is small, almost a square, it helps me to have more space. My biggest hope was I am not going to hit my knees, toes, feet at the coffee table and it is for real! I am clumsy Ok but those coffee tables with corners can go to hell! When I lift it up, I use the coffee table to work on my laptop. But that works well if your sofa is not too high or if you are not too tall.

I had such a specific list of wants for our coffee table…round or oval, storage, no shelf underneath. White, medium-to-light wood, or both. Was a challenging hunt, but this checked off everything on our list.
It ships in two separate boxes. One came in a super timely way. The other one had the shipping label created at WeLivingRoom, but then it never got to FedEx, so there were a few rounds of “You have to talk to FedEx, not us.” “No, you have to talk to WeLivingRoom, not us.” before, eventually, I got someone at WeLivingRoom to finally look into it on their side and acknowledge they really diid need to send again. Once they did, that came quickly, too. Both boxes were super well-packed with solid styrofoam. Even a couple of spots where the box clearly got a whacking in transit, the table never came close to getting any damage. It’s super functional with the drawers, rotating base, and the lift-top with storage. It looks sleek and unlike anything else I’ve seen. We love it!
Will definitely order from WeLivingRoom again.

Overall this is a nice table. The top is made of a material that doesn’t appear to chip or warp with use and liquids. It cleans up very clearly. That’s a great piece of mind to have with kids around. I wish there was a way to lift and close the lid without pinching my fingers, maybe a bezel on the top rim so there was something to hold on to would have worked well. I also wish that the bottom table was a little large so it looked more balanced when it was nested under the top table. My largest complaint is that the wood paneling on the outside of the top table isn’t organic looking like in the stock photos. It’s a brown stripe pattern rather than the natural wood whorls. Also the seam of the pattern is right down the middle of the front side that faces you when you walk into the room. It makes it look cheaper than the table actually is.
Overall the table will serve its purpose and should hold up well to get our use out of it.
