Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation

Should I Pay Taxes?

How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Under what circumstances do I need to pay additional shipping charges?
Additional delivery charges may apply under the following circumstances:

Requesting a change of delivery address after the shipment has been dispatched.

Failure to accept delivery within 5 business days of the initial delivery attempt by the shipping company may result in daily storage fees.

A second delivery attempt is necessary due to customer non-compliance or rescheduling, requiring payment for the second delivery.

Abandonment of goods will incur a disposal fee for waste management.
What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted, faucets leaking while installed, and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

All product issue inquiries may need to inform us within 14 days of receipt along with the three types of pictures mentioned above, otherwise, after-sales inquiries after 14 days of receipt might be affected negatively due to uncertain factors outside of the time frame.

For orders with fragile items like marble tabletops, bathtubs, ceramic sinks, etc., please inspect the contents upon delivery and record an unpacking video. What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.

Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.

Sometimes carriers communicate delivery prior to arrival, so we suggest waiting 24 hours.
If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven’t received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. If the shipment is confirmed “missing”, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Carefully review your shipping information for accuracy before submitting
your order. Once an order is placed, shipping address cannot be changed
online. When you need, first of all, please check the status of your order.
Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order.
Shipped: It depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers
offer address change service by charging additional fee. With all of this in
mind, we still do understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try, so
you may contact Customer Service to check the possibility. Note that country
cannot be changed, success or not depends on carriers, additional address
change fee will be at customer’s expense.
If unfortunately, the carrier who delivers your order doesn’t offer address
change service, please manage to receive your order at the original shipping
address or directly contact the carrier to seek assistance. If the address
is totally invalid, package may be destroyed or returned to sender. In this
situation, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited
to extra shipping charges and handling fees.
Changes are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our

Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?
Each order allows for the specification of only one shipping address. If you’re purchasing multiple items and wish to have them delivered to different addresses (e.g., buying an item for yourself and another as a gift for a friend), it’s necessary to make separate purchases for each item. This ensures that each item is shipped to the desired address accurately.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.
What Should I Do If There is a Serious Delay with My Shipment?
Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e., package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. With obvious damage on items themselves, please refuse the specific package, and clearly mark down the damage situation when signing any paperwork. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. If you accept the goods without noting the circumstances, the carrier might refuse to address the damages caused during transit.

I Received a Wrong Item
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please verify the item number of the item(s) you received compared to your order confirmation and/or invoice. If it does not match, contact customer service immediately, be sure to include the copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the wrong item(s), provide pictures clearly showing the wrong item. The wrong item must be returned in original packaging, WeLivingRoom will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can exchange it for the correct one or request a full refund.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing
cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how
fast your bank processes the credit.
Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company during the
return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve chargeback disputes, it
is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its

Due to the nature of our products, whether it be large furniture or other smaller items, they are often in the heavy or delicate categories. Our packaging is specially made to cater to each individual item. They are rigorously tested to ensure they can withstand most kinds of incidences in transportation. Any self-packed items by the customer will have a high chance of being damaged on the way caused by flimsy materials or improper techniques. That’s why we don’t generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer’s interest.

The modular shape is fun to sit in and change it up. I chose this couch for it’s modular shape since I have a long but rather narrow living room. The beige color is just as shown, very pretty off white, and the fabric withstands slight stains (from my cat’s paws) – light dirt brushes & rubs off easily. The padding in the couch is ok, definitely not the same quality as other high end couches, but the aesthetics more than make up for it. The couch is large, definitely be sure to measure your room. The delivery was good, but came in huge wooden crates… 3 crates approximately: 8 ft long x 4 ft x 4 ft. Have a crobar ready and make sure a trash bin is nearby. If you’re looking for a cool modular couch that can really define a space then this is a great choice!

Hi, I am very happy with my 4 Pieces Khaki Sofa. I took my time before I purchased the item.
I had doubts about shopping from WeLivingRoom and was not sure what might arrive but I am glad I took the chance and placed the order.
Every time I reached out, I was able to get in touch with customer service fast. They were helpful, kind and proffesional.
The biggest concern of mine was the color of the couch. The couch is listed as khaki but in the pictures the color is taupe.
I fell in love with the color in the images and the couch turned out to be as visually represented. Bare in mind that the uniform color representation in the images is an illusion due to the velvet fabric. While it might appear uniform in certain sections, it is certainly not the whole thing, because of its complex shape and velvet fabric, the color changes based on the light and angle of view. I would have preffered the uniform color appearance but I’ve been enjoying the chamelleon color appearance as well. It adds extra dimension to the couch.
The couch is very light and easy to move over vinyl floor, the felts do not scratch the floor.
You have the option to have the couch raised higher, with the included legs, which can be attached afterwards.
I am grateful to all of the customers who had included pictures of the couch for color reference. Personally I think the color is beautiful in any of the four color options.
The modular design is it’s best aspect. This is indeed a couch which makes you love it.
I got the velvet fabric only pillows, which is what I hopped for. I noticed that some customers had received pillows with mixed fabrics.
I had the couch warehouse pick up, the time frame was accurate.
I’ve had the couch for a few weeks now and I noticed that the well stretched fabric wrinkles sometimes but it is not something which cannot be reversed by a hand glide at least for now. Also, the foam on one of the corners was short and as a result the edge does not sit on a straight line. I was upset about this but I can live with it.
Last but not least, no bad smells whatsoever. The couch is definitely worth it, so happy shopping!

So I had this couch for about a month and I’m still in love with it. Pictures don’t show how big this couch is. This couch is deep enough to sit criss-cross on it and long enough to nap two people. The only negative is the low back will take some time to get used to sitting but in turn it makes the room feel so much taller and better. I got the beige color which is very light color and is more of a creme color and with two dogs seems impossible to to clean but it’s really easy to maintain with the right stain remover. It took me 5 weeks to get here but with covid it could be longer. However I would do it all again knowing how much I love this couch.

I had this couch for about a month and I’m still in love. My dog refused to be out of the picture but shows the scale of how big this couch really is. I have another dog and you would think the couch would be dirty with the beige color but with simple maintenance with a stain remover it still looks good as new. I had a couple of stains but cleaned it quick and it’s still soft with no matting. A couch that’s comes with an ottoman and pillows has been a dream. Plus the curve shape is perfect with no harsh corners. I never going back to a square couch again. It is deep enough to sit criss-cross and long enough to fit two people laying down with more room to sit a person. It’s actually not bad for napping on either. The only thing it could take some adjustment time is figuring out how to sit with such low of a back but if you sit at the high points it’s not that big of a deal. Plus the low back makes your ceilings tall. I already had people wanting to buy this couch for me. Shipping time took 5 weeks but with covid it may take longer. If I have to order it again with longer wait time I would. It was well worth the wait the first time and worth the wait a second time.
