Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation

Should I Pay Taxes?

How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?
Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, sofa,
bed, TV-cabinet, big table sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home
Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Delivery of oversized items is limited to the first accessible dry area
outside the home. The truck driver is responsible for delivering the goods
to the agreed-upon location. Customers are required to provide their own
warehouse equipment for unloading, or arrange for additional assistance from
capable adults to transport the items into their homes.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.

Under what circumstances do I need to pay additional shipping charges?
Additional delivery charges may apply under the following circumstances:

Failure to accept delivery within 5 business days of the initial delivery attempt by the shipping company may result in daily storage fees.

A second delivery attempt is necessary due to customer non-compliance or rescheduling, requiring payment for the second delivery.

What Should I Do When I Received a Damaged Item?

Upon receipt, please kindly sign the word “damaged” on the proof of delivery (for freight shipping) and inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately.

Please kindly keep the original packaging, which is essential. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. such as the lights not working when fitted, faucets leaking while installed, and damage to furniture after opening, please make sure to take some pictures or a quick video demonstrating the problem. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.

What If My Order Shows as Delivered But is Missing?
There are a few steps you can take, better within 24 hours after your item shows as delivered:

Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.

Check around your home for delivery attempt notice.

Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.

If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven’t received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for additional assistance. Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order.
Shipped: It depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers

Each order allows for the specification of only one shipping address. Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?

What Should I Do If There is a Serious Delay with My Shipment?

Obvious Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please immediately inspect the items and check their condition. If the carrier denies your refusal and insists on you accepting the shipment, please document the series of events (package damage, item damage, not being allowed to refuse, etc.) on all paperwork and take photographs. I Received a Wrong Item

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
If we cancel your order, we will refund you within 3 working days.
If you apply for a return refund, when we receive your return, we will
refund you within 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn
from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.
If you originally paid with credit card, please allow up to one billing
cycle for the credit to show in the bank statement. It mostly depends on how
fast your bank processes the credit.

That’s why we don’t generally allow any returns without their complete original packaging. In a way, this also prevents lots of potentially wasted efforts and protects the customer’s interest.

After purchasing a new sectional couch with recliners on both ends, I was having difficulty finding a coffee table with storage that would fit when both recliners were fully extended. Each piece was double boxed and packed in a substantial wooden crates that required a crowbar to open. Consequently it arrived in perfect condition, which I greatly appreciate! When expanding and closing the table the transition between open/close is soft, much like closing a soft kitchen cabinet. The rotation of the bottom table and the drawers is a nice added touch. I never knew how hard it would be to find a ROUND coffee table with ample amount of storage (and with a bonus lift top) and this nesting coffee table duo is one of the only ones of its kind. This coffee table(s) is really stylish, eye catching and blends well in a mid-century modern decorated living room (most of my furniture is CB2, west elm, etc). While this coffee table set is a little pricier than common ones, it’s worth the money for how high quality and awesome they are. They look way more expensive than they are. They tie my room together, I can sit and lift the top to work on my computer, or and can store a few useful things in the compartments and can change the configuration as much as I want (the smaller table has a spinner underneath). Compared to my old rectangular shaped coffee table, they make my living room feel more intimate and cozy, serves as a focal point to the room and seating area, inspiring conversation the way a firepit would. Another awesome feature is that I’m not scraping or stubbing my shins against any coffee table corners anymore.

First of all my white/natural wood coffee table is as same as described on the website and exactly like photos. It was delivered in two well-protected boxes and with only one assembly required, the legs of the top nesting piece. I did it myself with a rechargeable drill, be careful not to hurt the wood. It is an apartment size coffee table not too big, not too tall, and since my living room is small, almost a square, it helps me to have more space. My biggest hope was I am not going to hit my knees, toes, feet at the coffee table and it is for real! I am clumsy Ok but those coffee tables with corners can go to hell! When I lift it up, I use the coffee table to work on my laptop. But that works well if your sofa is not too high or if you are not too tall.

If your looking for a Modern looking entertainment center this is it. Very nice looking and can hold heavy TVs really well. The drawer is kind of cheap but if you are gentle with it, it will be fine. It was fairly easy to put together and didn’t take very long. It came package well and nothing was damaged. Well worth the price.

The white and wood table is exactly as pictured. Keep in mind that you will need to drill holes in the bottom of it, however.
It fits well with my contemporary living room with classic elements. It feels and looks to be of good quality.
The movable part of the table is sturdy and my cat has walked on it plenty of times. It’s also useful for using as a place to put snacks or a laptop. It’s 2 tables in one, basically.

I had such a specific list of wants for our coffee table…round or oval, storage, no shelf underneath. White, medium-to-light wood, or both. Was a challenging hunt, but this checked off everything on our list.
It ships in two separate boxes. One came in a super timely way. The other one had the shipping label created at WeLivingRoom, but then it never got to FedEx, so there were a few rounds of “You have to talk to FedEx, not us.” “No, you have to talk to WeLivingRoom, not us.” before, eventually, I got someone at WeLivingRoom to finally look into it on their side and acknowledge they really diid need to send again. Once they did, that came quickly, too. Both boxes were super well-packed with solid styrofoam. Even a couple of spots where the box clearly got a whacking in transit, the table never came close to getting any damage. It’s super functional with the drawers, rotating base, and the lift-top with storage. It looks sleek and unlike anything else I’ve seen. We love it!

We ordered this and it said 5-8 weeks. Came in 4 weeks! Even though reviews said easy assembly, I was skeptical but there was NO ASSEMBLY. It came completely put together. I mean, we ordered a pizza because we didn’t want to cook dinner when we had some coffee table to build. We were so happy about how easy this was.

The white on white table set with elevated table is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Unique – FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, despite being an overseas brand. Emailed me about not having it in stock so it would take up to 8 weeks to travel… came in under 3…despite Covid. Don’t Hesitate or Postulate – JUST CELEBRATE with this brand and go Super Unique & High Quality! (But don’t buy mine..go w marble or the super eclectic green!, lol)
